PanvmDa™ Return and Refund Policy 💡🔄

We want every PanvmDa™ customer to order lighting products with confidence. This policy describes the return timeframe, required item condition, return shipping responsibilities, and the steps followed when reviewing a refund.

Requesting a Return

A return request must be submitted to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after that timeframe may not be accepted.

Please wait for authorization before mailing any product back. If your request is approved, we will provide the instructions needed to complete the return.

Conditions for Acceptance

Products must be unused and returned in their original condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible. You must also provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or another record showing the transaction.

Some lighting products may be excluded from returns due to applicable health requirements, safety rules, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Shipping Costs

In most cases, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. PanvmDa™ will cover that expense only if the product was delivered damaged or defective, or if the return is required because of an error made by us.

Refund Decisions

We will examine the product after the returned package arrives and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved funds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

The initial shipping fee is generally not refundable unless the return results from an error by PanvmDa™.
